Every day at 19.30 we serve a 4 course dinner in Bøkkerstua for our guests.
The chefs uses the best qualited raw material from the local producers to make your dinner an special experience.
We try to compose varios and new 4 course dinners from week to week based on the best raw material, that is available for the current season.
So you have to wait in all tension for the dinner that the chef has combined for this evening.
The wonderful dinner is one of the character that gives our hotel our own speciality.
